If you are unhappy about something you have heard during our broadcasts, in the first instance please write to the Station Manager at the above address, or send an email to directors@humberwave.com Please include the date & time of the transmission, and a summary of your concern. We will acknowledge your correspondence by return, and issue a response, normally within 7 days, but we will keep you updated if the full response will take longer (in exceptional circumstances). In the event that you remain dissatisfied with our response, we will advise you of further options open to you.
